The Site provides information about massage therapy, facial, and wellness services offered at our Los Angeles location and links to our third-party booking platform (Fresha) where appointments can be scheduled. Spa services themselves are governed by the policies posted in our studio and by Fresha’s terms at checkout.
2. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds
All appointment bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are processed through Fresha, our third-party booking platform. Our cancellation policy and any deposit requirements are disclosed at the time of booking. Please review them carefully before confirming an appointment.
3. Health Disclaimer
Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellness. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about whether a service is appropriate for you, please consult your physician before booking. You agree to inform your therapist of any relevant health information at the start of your appointment.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elation Massage & Spa, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Effective” date above shows the latest version.
